III. Statement
Dear Commissioner,

We would like your permission to create this garden. This garden will represent the harmony where land meets water by the soothing the pond . Along with harmony it also shows that there is beauty from the blossoms slowly falling down onto the pond and the grass. Where you can witness the marvelous action is the bridge that crosses to the other side of the pond. The diversity of plants shows unity as the all look beautiful in one swaying motion in the wind. With a small restaurant you can experience great food and watch the beauty, there is also a gazebo where you can smell the near by flowers and see the pond. Hopefully this garden will represent the meeting of beauty of nature and the modern age with the restaurant in place.

Sincerely,

World Dynamics 1 Team 1
